Friday Live
Here's a little live music from Switchfoot that seems quite timely. "Is this the world you want? You're making it..."
Martha Stewart American Made Finalist
Check it out! We're excited to be a finalist for the Martha Stewart 2014 American Made awards!
Bizarre Bazaar
We had a great time at our first market. It was wonderful meeting so many new people!
Check out these Punjammies!
We are so happy to highlight these really great pajama pants from the International Princess Project . Not able to sit idly by while others live in despair, they came up with a way to help women - employment by sewing the traditional Indian Sari into a "life changing, cycle breaking product known as Punjammies."

Sarah's Hope Jewelry
We'd like to say 'nice work' to Sarah's Hope Jewelry. They are a company that sells fine jewelry that provides micro loans, uses conflict free materials, and pays fair wages - treating their crafts people with compassion and respect. If you are going to be making a jewelry purchase in the near future - consider Sarah's Hope or something that is more encompassing than just being pretty to wear. "Being part of the solution has never been so attractive."
Experiment #2: Almond Milk
Latte Experiment Round 2
Next up on our vegan latte experiment is almond milk. First off - if froth is important to you, almond milk is a great alternative. Like what others have said, there is a slight nutty taste, but no odd textures. So if your afternoon caffeine needs drive you to a vegan option, almond milk is quite workable. I wish I could say I preferred it to dairy, but no such luck here.
